I went to get my back brackets put on and I wasn’t even home yet and 1 popped off. I was planning to call them later that day and went to lay down for a nap and I woke up with 4 of my back brackets in the back of my mouth! I could’ve choked and died. I went the next day to get them fixed and not even 3 weeks later another one of my back molar brackets popped off again!

My name is Dr. Alex Bejian and have been in my orthodontic practice for over 35 years. I have a patient that is from abroad, particularly from the rural mountainous region of Armenian and needed an adjustment. I left my phone number with the front desk, only never to get a call back. Instead, i received a call from Anna that said the office would have to see the extend of the work that had to be done, enter her as a new patient, the visit will be 6 weeks later and they don't know if the doctor can do the work. "What kind of a comment is that". I specifically explained that is was a very very simple case with only 6 brackets and i premade the wire for Anna, gave here ties to tie in and instruments to place the wire and secure it. I was appalled by the lack of care the office has shown to try to help a patient out. Maybe I'm old school but i have ALWAYS help my fellow colleague when i received a call from another orthodontist requesting assistance. Its common courtesy within the profession. I have helped countless patients through the years and have bonded and repaired their broken appliances. I even mentioned that i would pay for the visit. I'm just very disappointed in

My son has now had 3 visits here. I will update my review if my opinion changes, but so far these are my impressions. Pros: easy scheduling and financing, fun incentives for kids, competitive pricing, friendly office staff Cons: lack of consistency in methods used. I brought my son in recently for an adjustment, and by the time we got home from our appointment, the wire had popped off of his back bracket. Within another 10 minutes, a bracket which CS had just replaced completely came off his molar. I called and was able to bring him right back to the office. A different person reattached my son's bracket, this time making sure to use the proper tools so that his tooth was fully dry and prepped beforehand (turns out the orthodontist had only held out his lip and wiped the tooth dry before proceeding). Thank goodness the bracket is staying in place a few weeks later, but what an unnecessary hassle we had to go through. Overall: I still recommend Celebrating Smiles, but with a word of caution. Stay involved in the process and make sure they follow the correct protocols. And maybe have your child try eating before leaving the office just to test things out and make sure they stick.

I’ve loved my experience with Celebrating Smiles so far; the process of getting in for a free consultation to discuss my goals and different options was super easy. The staff are really friendly and informative, and my in-office time is typically shorter than I anticipate. I’m really excited to keep working with Celebrating Smiles!
